I pre-ordered — when will my flour arrive?
Our granite stone mill arrives around September 2026. Once milling begins, we grind your order and ship it within 48 hours, in the order it came in — with a tracking email the moment it leaves.
How fresh is the flour when it arrives?
We mill to order and ship within 48 hours of grinding — never off a shelf. For best flavor, use within 60–90 days, or freeze it to keep it longer.
Is your wheat really free of glyphosate?
Yes. We do not use glyphosate as a pre-harvest desiccant. No bleaching, no bromating, no synthetic enrichment — just grain.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do. Bakeries, restaurants, and food businesses are welcome to email us about recurring wholesale orders.
When will Einkorn and Kamut be available?
